Problems with .zip/.rar files?

1. Download WINRAR

(The downloads near the top, once installed follow the next step)

2. Download & Open the desired file ( .zip or .rar )

3. A menu will pop open, close it
4. Press the "Extract" button which should be located on the above menu
5. Choose a destination where you can easily keep track of your files
6. Press okay, and wait for the files to finish

Creating a new folder to organize these files may be a really good idea, You can create a new folder within this menu by adding a " \ " and typing the desired name for your new folder

C:\Documents and Settings\Your Account\Desktop\YOURNEWFOLDER
